When you want to serve unusual and delicious - ordinary potatoes! Fragrant potatoes with garlic, spicy butter and fried cheese will please not only with their appearance, but also with their taste! I highly recommend it, especially since cooking is simple and fast!
Boil the potatoes in salted water with the addition of Bay leaves and sweet peas, until the potatoes have fallen apart in the water. Drain the water, put the potatoes in a baking dish (I have portioned) and break with a fork in the middle, not to the end.
Salt the oil, add the spices and garlic through a press, and stir.
Grease all the potatoes liberally.
Put grated melted cheese on top of each potato (when baking, it does not spread, but is fried)
Bake at 200 degrees, until the cheese is toasted. Serve with a sprinkle of herbs.
