  1. In the recipe, I used mint as a flavoring. You can perfectly season it to your liking with vanilla.
  2. Mix milk and cream. Put the mint and put it on the fire. When it boils, remove from the heat and leave to infuse for 30 minutes. It’s warm again.
  3. Break the chocolate (I use dark, if milk — increase the amount by 15%).
  4. Strain the milk-mint mixture onto the chocolate slices.
  5. Mix with a spatula until a homogeneous mass is obtained – it will turn out to be quite liquid, but that’s how it should be!
  6. Pour the chocolate mousse into a jar and close the lid tightly. Put it in the refrigerator. After a couple of hours, and ideally the next day you will get a thick chocolate mass! It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks!
  7. But it will not be difficult to brew a cup of fragrant drink in the morning! Preheat the milk, add 2-4 tablespoons of fragrant chocolate paste to each serving and mix well. And in your morning (although why only morning?)) the cup is an appetizing, rich, refreshing drink with a stylish mint taste.
