In the recipe, I used mint as a flavor. You can flavor perfectly to your taste - vanilla.
Mix milk and cream. Put mint and put on the fire.
When it starts to boil, remove from heat and leave to infuse for 30 minutes. Warm again.
Break the chocolate ( I use dark if milk — increase by 15% the amount).
Strain the milk-mint mixture into chocolate slices.
Mix the spatula until smooth - it will be quite liquid, but it should be!
Chocolate mousse pour into a jar and tightly close the lid. Put it in the fridge.
After a couple of hours, and ideally the next day you will get a thick chocolate mass!
It can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks!
But brew a Cup of fragrant drink in the morning will be easy! Heat the milk, add 2 to 4 tablespoons of fragrant chocolate paste to each serving and mix well.
And in your morning (though why only morning?)) the Cup of mouth-watering, full-bodied with a stylish mint flavor refreshing drink.
