  1. From fresh berries, black currants and cranberries, squeeze the juice to keep the maximum vitamins. To do this, it is enough to crush the berries with a pestle and drain the resulting liquid. Peel the apples from the core and seeds, cut into cubes.
  2. Fill the pulp of the berries with water, put the sliced apples, put on fire and bring to a boil, then pour in the cinnamon, add honey and cloves, mix and leave until the honey dissolves over low heat.
  3. Strain the berry broth, brew a bag of black tea with hibiscus and rosehip in it, cover with a saucer and let it brew for 2-3 minutes. Immediately before serving, pour over the pre-squeezed berry juice. Drink moderately hot or warm.
