  1. 1. Peel the potatoes. 2. Cut the potatoes into pieces. 3. Put the potatoes in a hot frying pan, season it with salt, ground black pepper, basil, and mix. Add 3 cloves of unpeeled garlic.
  2. 5. Fry on high heat until the crust is fried, stirring occasionally. 6. 3 minutes before the end of cooking, add 2 cloves of squeezed garlic and grated lemon zest on a coarse grater. Turn down the heat, cover and simmer.
