Potatoes in Italian are a very tasty and flavorful side dish. Lemon, garlic and basil are perfectly combined with each other and give the dish a firework of flavors and aromas! The potatoes are soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.
1. Peel the potatoes.
2. Cut the potatoes into pieces.
3. Put the potatoes in a hot frying pan, season it with salt, ground black pepper, basil, and mix. Add 3 cloves of unpeeled garlic.
5. Fry on high heat until the crust is fried, stirring occasionally.
6. 3 minutes before the end of cooking, add 2 cloves of squeezed garlic and grated lemon zest on a coarse grater. Turn down the heat, cover and simmer.
