A very tasty and satisfying dessert will be enjoyed by both adults and children! It is prepared very easily and quickly. It tastes soft and melts in the mouth. I recommend cooking for any occasion.
The cooking time is indicated without taking into account the hardening of the jelly. Put the sour cream in a bowl.
Measure 200 g of brown sugar.
Rub with sour cream until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Soak the gelatin in a glass of cold boiled water.
Divide the sour cream mass into two parts, add cocoa to one.
Melt the gelatin without bringing it to a boil, divide into two equal parts and combine with the sour cream mass.
Leave for a while until the jelly thickens slightly. Please note that chocolate hardens faster. Then alternately spread a spoon of a mass of different colors in a salad bowl covered with plastic wrap.
After filling the salad bowl to the top, put it in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Transfer the frozen mass to a platter. Ready.
