  1. The cooking time is indicated without taking into account the hardening of the jelly. Put the sour cream in a bowl.
  2. Measure 200 g of brown sugar.
  3. Rub with sour cream until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  4. Soak the gelatin in a glass of cold boiled water.
  5. Divide the sour cream mass into two parts, add cocoa to one.
  6. Melt the gelatin without bringing it to a boil, divide into two equal parts and combine with the sour cream mass.
  7. Leave for a while until the jelly thickens slightly. Please note that chocolate hardens faster. Then alternately spread a spoon of a mass of different colors in a salad bowl covered with plastic wrap.
  8. After filling the salad bowl to the top, put it in the refrigerator for a few hours. Transfer the frozen mass to a platter. Ready.
