Juicy Curd Casserole with Cherries Recipe
Unrealistically delicious, juicy, casserole with cherries. It is prepared very simply, the only thing-you must put the casserole in the refrigerator overnight, while wrapping the form with the casserole in film – so it will be juicy.

  1. Split form – I used 20, grease with butter, sprinkle with flour (I’m rice) and shake off the excess. Or grease the form with oil and lay the bottom and sides with parchment.
  2. In a bowl, put the cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
  3. Top with 30 g of starch.
  4. Punch until smooth with a blender.
  5. Add 5 g of starch to the cherries and mix. Put half of the curd mixture in the form. On it we spread half of the cherries, drowning the berries, again the curd layer and the remains of the cherries.
  6. The top layer is sour cream.
  7. The oven is preheated to 180 degrees. I baked for 45 minutes-focus on your oven!
  8. Cool. Wrap the form in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator overnight! Do not ignore this point – the casserole must stand in this form in the refrigerator!!!
