  1. First, prepare the sauce. Wash grapes, apples, and herbs. Peel the garlic. Pour the grapes into a saucepan and pour in 50 ml. water, cook for 5 minutes. On a sieve, grind the grapes, freeing them from the skins and seeds. Pour the grape syrup into a saucepan, add the pieces of peeled Apple, Bay leaf, salt, sugar, and cook for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Bring salt / sugar to taste. Add the chopped garlic and herbs, let it boil and immediately remove from the heat. Pepper.
  3. Pour into a convenient container and cool. Remove the Bay leaf. Output 250 ml..
