Ingredients

Dried tomatoes

(to taste)
Instructions
We will need large green Canadian lentils (you can take any other variety).
Lentils perfectly retain their shape after cooking and do not require soaking, just rinse with water.
Peel the onion and carrot. Cut into cubes. Peel the garlic and crush it with the flat side of a knife. Cut the celery stalk into cubes.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the vegetables, fry for 8 minutes.
Cut the salmon (without skin and bones) into cubes.
Add dried tomatoes and pepper to the fried vegetables.
Add the fish.
This is followed by lentils.
Pour 2 cups of water, add salt, bring to a boil. And cook under the lid on low heat until tender.
When the lentils are fully cooked, if there is still liquid left in it, increase the heat and evaporate it.
Ready.
