I'm here with another salad, as you know, there are not many salads. I prepared this salad during the new year holidays, I liked the taste. A pleasant combination of spicy stewed vegetables with salted fish and shrimp.
I cut the peppers and carrots into strips, and the onions into half-rings.
Fry the vegetables in three tablespoons of olive oil over high heat for 5 minutes.
Add to the vegetables a quarter of a glass of hot water, white wine, wine vinegar, sugar, salt, rosemary and the carcass under the lid on low heat until tender (until the carrots are soft). I cool and remove a sprig of rosemary.
Lightly salted salmon cut into strips, olives-circles, shrimp well watered with lemon juice.
I drain the liquid from the vegetables (I leave a couple of tablespoons, pour over the ready salad), pepper, and mix.
I fry the prawns in the remaining olive oil and let the liquid evaporate from them.
On the dish I spread the lettuce leaves, a wreath.
Then, in the middle of the vegetables.
On top of vegetables, pieces of fish, shrimp, pour the sauce formed when stewing vegetables (I had one tablespoon) and decorate with olives. If desired, you can add spice by seasoning a little balsamic vinegar.
