Light Turkey Liver Pate Appetizer Recipe
Try this liver snack, it is prepared in a steamer and it does not contain a drop of oil. This, of course, can not be called a pate in full, because, due to the lack of oil, there is no plasticity that is inherent in all pates. But those who are on a diet, sometimes do not have to choose much. In my opinion, this is a great alternative to the classic liver pate. Yes, and you can take a picnic with you, spread on bread or wholemeal bread.

Instructions
  1. Turkey liver is a completely dietary product and can be included in the diet if you are on a diet. Wash the liver under water and dry it with a cloth.
  2. Place the Turkey liver, onion, and garlic, which are randomly sliced, in the blender bowl. Add the raw egg, bran, salt, spices and milk. If you want a more savory taste, replace the milk with white wine.
  3. Grind everything into a homogeneous mass.
  4. You can cook in ceramic/glass molds or in regular cans. Pour the mass into the molds/ cans. But don’t make my mistake – fill the molds 2/3 full, because the mass rises during cooking. I poured a lot and I had smudges when cooking.
  5. To prevent water from getting into the snack during cooking, close the cans tightly with foil.
  6. Cook in a steamer for 30-35 minutes. Focus on the color. The mass will turn from red-pink to grayish-brown.
  7. Remove the cans from the steamer, close the lid and put them in the refrigerator until completely cool. Very convenient: I prepared it in a jar, and took it with me to a picnic in the same jar.
  8. Bon appetit.
