The salad is very tasty, although I don’t like liver. Satisfying, but not heavy. It is suitable for a festive table, and for lunch, and for a snack.

  1. Rinse the liver, remove the fat, film and dry with a napkin. Add spices and soy sauce, stir and leave to marinate for half an hour.
  2. Fry the liver a little in a frying pan, add the finely chopped onion and fry together with the onion until tender.
  3. Cut the liver arbitrarily, put it in a salad bowl.
  4. Boil the eggs, peel them, cut into cubes and add to the liver.
  5. Add the peas and green onions.
  6. Stir and season with mayonnaise to taste.
