Spices (black pepper, paprika, rosemary, dry garlic-1 tsp.)

Instructions
Rinse the liver, remove the fat, film and dry with a napkin. Add spices and soy sauce, stir and leave to marinate for half an hour.
Fry the liver a little in a frying pan, add the finely chopped onion and fry together with the onion until tender.
Cut the liver arbitrarily, put it in a salad bowl.
Boil the eggs, peel them, cut into cubes and add to the liver.
Add the peas and green onions.
Stir and season with mayonnaise to taste.
