Long ago I found this recipe on the Internet and now, finally, it is on our holiday table! At once I will tell honestly, I made the changes and additions. Now, by the decision of the family Council, this salad falls into the category - favorite and festive!
Carrots, potatoes and beets boil and peel. Cool completely.
Cut into small pieces. Add onions.
I first cut the beets and add 1 tablespoon of oil and a little lemon juice, mix and leave for 10 minutes.
It is not so intense will stain the remaining ingredients.
Add sliced boiled tongue and peas.
Dissolved in water salt and sugar, add butter and whisk everything with a fork.
Pour the dressing into the salad, pepper to taste with black pepper and mix well. Put salad marinate 1 hour in refrigerator.
Add sliced cucumbers to the salad and mix.
I liked the salad in this form, so I put half of the salad in another salad bowl and added a couple of tablespoons of oil.
The second half was filled with mayonnaise 2 tablespoons. Both options simply a fairy tale.
