  1. The first step is to prepare a fillet of macrurus. The fillet should be thrown into a colander and put in the refrigerator for several hours so that excess liquid flows out of it.
  2. Cut the fillets into cubes. Add salt, pepper, monosodium glutamate and lime quarter juice. I foresee that people will start saying that monosodium glutamate is harmful and all that. To get any harm from it, you need to eat a lot of it at once. Macrurus does not have a very pronounced taste, so it will be useful to strengthen it. Leave to marinate for an hour. During this time, more liquid will be released, so after pickling, it is necessary that the excess liquid in the colander still flows down.
  3. Peel the avocado, cut into cubes and sprinkle with the juice of the remaining lime quarter.
  4. Put the avocado in a baking dish (I cut it out of a plastic bottle).
  5. Put a layer of fish on top.
  6. Remove the ring and serve as a cold snack.
