Marinated Mackerel with Soy Sauce and Tomatoes Recipe
Who himself salts-marinates fish look at the recipe. Spicy, aromatic, a little Asian. So you can pickle and herring. In the original recipe, sliced tomatoes are immediately put in the marinade. In my opinion, it will be tastier if you put them in a ready-made dish.

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Gut the mackerel, wash it and cut it into pieces. I have small fish. Sprinkle a little salt. There is no salt in the marinade, and soy sauce, in my opinion, does not salt the fish, so I advise you to salt the fish.
  2. Prepare a marinade of soy sauce, vinegar 6%, sugar, vegetable oil. Finely chop the garlic and hot pepper and add to the marinade. Stir well.
  3. Chop the onion and dill. Mix everything with the mackerel and pour over the prepared marinade. Seal, taking care that the fish pieces are covered with marinade. Cover with a lid and leave in the refrigerator for 10-15 hours. During this time, you can shake the fish several times for even salting. Who is not afraid, you can try the fish in 4 hours.
  4. Cut the tomatoes into slices. When serving, add tomatoes to a plate with pickled mackerel. It will be very delicious! Sprinkle with herbs. Bon Appetit!
