  1. Cook the potatoes over medium heat for about an hour, so that they boil hard, and most of the water boils away. Do not flush the water! Add the butter.
  2. And an egg. I still have the yolks from the cake, I sent them there.
  3. Mash everything thoroughly with a potato masher.
  4. And then beat with a mixer for 5 minutes (or more)! Believe me, once you try to whip up mashed potatoes, you will always do it!!!
  5. Here’s our mashed potatoes. Add the meat to it, sprinkle with herbs.
