I often make mashed potatoes with cream and egg. It turns out a delicate and airy dish. With a creamy taste.

Instructions
  1. Boil the peeled potatoes (add salt when boiling). Boil the milk.
  2. Drain the potatoes completely, add milk (200 ml per 1 kg of potatoes), butter to taste, rub into a homogeneous mass.
  3. Add egg, cream. Mix well again. Mashed potatoes turn out to be airy, very tender and delicious.
