Instructions
Cut the meat and chop it off. Season with salt and pepper.
2 hard-boiled eggs and cut in half.
Cover the chipped piece of meat with a plate of ham along the entire length. Put half an egg on one half.
Cover with the other half and fasten with skewers.
Roll the prepared meat in flour.
Dip the meat in lightly beaten eggs with salt and pepper.
Roll the meat in breadcrumbs.
Fry the meat in a frying pan over medium heat. Sunflower oil should be enough to bake the meat.
Put the finished meat on a paper napkin.
