Minced Meat Dish in Oven Recipe

  1. Grate fresh peeled potatoes and mix with minced pork. Add chopped garlic and salt. For better mixing, it is better to do it with your hands. In any case, we will need to build minced beef patties. From this amount, you will get about 12 pieces. Pan the resulting cutlets in breadcrumbs and put them in a deep baking dish. We send it to a preheated 220 degree oven for 10 minutes.

  2. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. Add two tablespoons of flour to the melted butter and fry lightly. Add the milk and mix with a whisk. Half a teaspoon of nutmeg will complement the taste of our sauce. Bring to a boil, add chopped parsley and remove from heat. Pour the sauce on top of our cutlets and send them back to the oven, lowering the temperature to 200 degrees. Stir well and fry until golden brown for 30 minutes. Serve hot. Bon appetit)
