Pepper stuffed with cheese of two varieties and Packed in minced meat and bacon is a fragrant, delicious dish for lunch and dinner. A neat serving will allow you to prepare this dish for the holiday table.
If the peppers are put in the freezer, at least for 2 hours or overnight, then after thawing, they will be soft and plastic. In the photo I have not frozen peppers, but I advise you to freeze, it will taste better.
At peppers we cut off a top, we clear of a seed and we put in a freezer.
Melted cheese (90 g) cut into 3 parts and wrap in plate cheese.
Thawed pepper, dried with a paper towel, fill with pieces of cheese.
Prepare minced meat. Peeled potatoes (1 PC) and onions (1 PC), cut into large slices. Mix the meat with potatoes, onions, egg white and pressed garlic (1 tooth.). Add dry seasoning for meat (0.5 tsp), salt and pepper.
Grind the mixed products in a meat grinder or blender. I was chopping in a food processor.
For the density of minced meat, added breadcrumbs.
Form 3 minced tortillas, put the pepper with the filling.
Close the peppers with minced meat and form a meat pie. Dip them in the breadcrumbs.

For convenient wrapping with bacon, cut the strips into 2 parts. Wrap the meat pie with bacon. You can use wooden toothpicks if necessary.
Cover the baking sheet with baking paper and grease with oil. Put the blanks and lubricate the mixture: vegetable oil + soy sauce (1:1).
Send the baking sheet with the blanks in a preheated 200 C oven until the meat pies are ready or until the bacon is crisp. Periodically lubricate the workpiece with a mixture of oil+soy sauce.
