Prepare the meat. I have 3 pork steaks. Cut each steak lengthwise into 2 pieces. It turns out 6 thin plates of meat.
Put each steak in a transparent bag and lightly, beat on both sides.
Sprinkle the meat plate seasoning, salt and pepper.
Grease 2 molds with mayonnaise (mustard is better).
Put the meat plates in a circle. For each mold I have 3 plates of meat. Plate of meat for the convenience of the layout can be cut (each) into 2 parts.
At the bottom put a plate of melted cheese I have cheese for toast. Cheese must be melted. Thanks to the melted cheese, the bun keeps its shape well.
Fry in vegetable oil, cut: cubes-onions until transparent and slices-mushrooms until soft. To the fried vegetables add the pressed garlic.
Spread the mushroom mixture on the cheese.
Add finely chopped pickles.
Put on a thin plate of cold butter.
Spread out and tamp boiled and grated potatoes on a large grater. Potatoes pre-salt, you can add dry seasoning.
Close the potatoes with plates of meat, turn and form a bun.
In a baking dish, put the foil and grease with vegetable oil. Spread the balls and lubricate with mayonnaise.
Send the form with balls in a preheated 180 C oven and bake the meat until tender (~ 45 minutes).
Cooked koloboks decorate with plates of melted cheese and sprinkle on top (a little) fried black sesame or cumin. Sesame and cumin as desired. Balls served with a salad of vegetables and greens.Bon appetit!
