Why such a name – I do not know. Probably because of the beef salad. I tried to visit, I really liked it. A great dish for a light dinner!

Ingredients

Beef (boiled)

Tomato

Soy sauce

Garlic

Parsley

teaspoon
Vinegar (9%)
Red hot pepper
(on the tip of the knife)

Vegetable oil
(for frying)
Instructions
Mix soy sauce and crushed garlic. Pour in the vinegar, mix well. Add red hot pepper.
Cucumbers, tomatoes cut into cubes, chop the greens.
Cut the boiled beef and onion into strips.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, toss the onion and fry for 1 minute.
Add the chopped beef to the onion and fry for another 1 minute.
Put the chopped vegetables in a salad bowl.
Put them on a hot onion with meat, pour oil from a frying pan, mix.
And fill up the gasoline. Stir and serve immediately.
Ready!
