Instructions
Prepare the products.
Fill the gelatin with cold water.
Leave the gelatin on for 10-15 minutes.
Peel and slice the melon.
We put the pieces of melon in a small saucepan. Add sugar. Put the pan on the fire.
Bring the mass to a boil, reduce the heat and cook the melon-sugar mass for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add lemon juice to the pan. Stir the mixture and remove the pan from the heat.
With an immersion blender, whisk the mass until smooth.
The swollen gelatin is heated in a microwave oven or in a water bath.
In a saucepan with melon-lemon puree, add the dissolved gelatin.
Mix the mass well.
Pour the melon-lemon mass into silicone molds. Cool to room temperature and then refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
After 4 hours, remove the silicone molds from the refrigerator. Marmalade is ready. Enjoy your meal!
