  2. Cut the tomato into slices. Peel the eggplant and cut into rings of 2 cm each (we need 3 pieces of eggplant).
  3. Roll the eggplant in flour and fry in olive oil over low heat until golden brown, 2 minutes on each side, then add salt. The eggplant should become soft.
  4. Put the pesto sauce on the fried rings.
  5. Then lay out the thinly sliced tomatoes.
  6. On top of the tomato, put the pieces of cheese, also cut to the size of a round shape.
  7. Put everything in the ring, you should get three layers, pierce with a skewer.
  8. Then bake in the oven at 170 degrees on medium convection for 12 minutes.
  9. In a bowl, pour the tomato sauce, put the baked milazanya in the sauce and remove the ring.
