Instructions
  1. Prepare the ingredients and dishes. IMPORTANT # 1: to prepare this dessert, you will need a spherical container. For this amount of ingredients, I use a bowl (soup plate) with a diameter of 18 cm and a depth of 5 cm. Before you start cooking dessert, the container must be rinsed and put in the freezer. This will allow you to easily extract the finished dish. IMPORTANT # 2. The amount of sugar is indicated approximately. In this dessert, I like the sour core, so I add only 1-2 teaspoons of sugar to the orange layer. Focus on your taste!!
  2. Mix the ingredients for the cream layer in the first form: cream, sugar, vanilla sugar and starch, mix so that there are no lumps. In the second form, mix the ingredients for the orange layer: orange juice, sugar and starch, mix so that there are no lumps.
  3. Over low heat, cook the cream first, and then the orange until thickened (about 3-4 minutes). IMPORTANT: during cooking, constantly stir the cream (this is convenient to do with a whisk or silicone spatula) and make sure that the cream does not burn. Pour hot cream into a cooled container, orange cream on top of them (do not mix the layers!), and leave to cool at room temperature.
  4. When the mass is completely cooled, put it on a flat plate and leave it in the refrigerator for several hours.
  5. Ready!
