In a frying pan, fry the eggplant in sunflower oil until brown. About 3 minutes.
Spread the fried circles on the prepared baking sheet, stepping away from each other.
In a bowl, mix the sunflower oil, oregano, chopped garlic, and soy sauce. Stir.
Cut tomatoes into half rings, pick mozzarella with your hands, if you use sausage, then cut into small pieces.
Each circle of eggplant is greased with prepared sauce.
Put sausage, tomatoes and mozzarella on each circle.
Bake in the oven at 190 deg. 10 minutes.
