Mint and Cheese Potatoes Recipe

  1. Peel the onion and cut it into feathers. Put in a mold, pour in the oil. Wash the potatoes, peel them, and cut them into 4-6 pieces. Wash, dry, roll in dry herbs, curry, lightly salt. Put on the onion. Put in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. I lay the bottom with thick foil, this will save you from unnecessary work.
  2. Wash and dry the mint. Slice and arrange on the potatoes.
  3. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and dust the potatoes with it. Send back to the oven, bake until ready. This is another 15-20 minutes, at 180 degrees.
  4. Garnish the finished potatoes with fresh mint.
