Cut the fillet into pieces. Season with salt and pepper and add your favorite meat spices.
Onion cut into small pieces, carrots grate on a large grater. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until transparent, add the carrots. Fry for a couple of minutes.
Add sour cream or mayonnaise, mix and warm well.
Add hot water, melted cheese, Bay leaf, allspice, crushed garlic, salt and pepper to taste. Let the cheese dissolve in water.
When the cheese is completely dissolved, add the diced potatoes and meat.
Simmer on a low heat for the first 15 minutes without a lid, then cover with a lid and simmer until tender for about 15 minutes. During cooking, stir a couple of times.
Sprinkle the finished dish with your favorite chopped herbs.
