  1. Boil the rice in salted boiling water for 15 minutes. Cauliflower was disassembled into inflorescences and boiled in boiling water for 3 minutes.
  2. I baked the nuts in a dry pan.
  3. On a plate, put a pile of rice, boiled cauliflower on it, sprinkle with lemon zest, pour lemon juice, drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Before serving, sprinkle with pine nuts and mint leaves.
