Ingredients
Dough:

glass
Semolina
2
glasses
Flour wheat / Flour
1
pinch
Salt
1
glass
Water
warm

tablespoons
Vegetable oil

tablespoons
Butter
On the top:
1/3
glasses
Semolina
1
teaspoon
Baking powder
Instructions
Mix flour with semolina. Add salt and mix well.
Gradually add warm water.
Knead the dough. Cover with a bag and leave for 1 hour.
Mix vegetable oil with butter.
Divide the dough into 10 equal parts. Roll up each piece. Lubricate with oil. Let’s rest for 10 minutes.
Mix semolina with baking powder.
Stretch each piece with your hands until transparent, if necessary, add oil. Sprinkle a little semolina with baking powder.
Fold the envelope. This is what we do with all the pieces of dough.
Slightly stretch the envelope with your hands.
Fry in a dry pan on both sides.
