Bread Tortillas with Cheese Recipe
These incredible tortillas can be prepared safely in a full portion, even if they remain, they can be stored in the refrigerator ( or even frozen), and when served, reheat in the microwave or in a dry pan. Excellent substitute for bread.

  1. Sourdough: Combine all the ingredients and heat until warm, stirring with a whisk, until the sugar dissolves. Cover with a towel and put in a quiet place from drafts for 15 minutes. You should have a screen cap of foam.
