Instructions
  1. Cut the sweet pepper into cubes.
  2. Finely chop the green onions
  3. and leeks.
  4. Boil two eggs and cut into medium-sized cubes.
  5. Wash, peel and fry the mushrooms in a small amount of vegetable oil until they are slightly browned.
  6. Mix all the ingredients, add salt. Add ground black pepper (I never put anything else in salads) and season with sour cream, yogurt or mayonnaise.
