  1. Cut the Turkey fillet into small cubes.
  2. Add sour cream and spices to the Turkey. Mix thoroughly and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Mushrooms are cleaned from the skin and dark plates under the cap. Carefully separate the leg. And send the hats and legs to boiling water for 1 minute. Then we drain the water and wash it with running water.
  4. Legs of mushrooms are cut into small blocks. Grate the cheese on a large grater. Chop the garlic. Add all this to the Turkey, salt to taste and mix thoroughly.
  5. The container for singing is greased with vegetable oil. We put the caps of mushrooms in it and fill it with Turkey and cheese. Close the form with mushrooms with foil and send it to the preheated oven (200 degrees) for 15 minutes. Then remove the foil and bring to a ruddy state (it took me 15 minutes).
