  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms with garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside in a separate container. Fry the bread in oil until Golden brown. Put a generous portion of mushrooms on each toast. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
