The mushroom season has come to an end, the mushrooms have been frozen, dried, and salted. I suggest cooking a very simple and delicious mushroom salad.

Instructions
Finely chop the onion and pour boiling water for 5 minutes. Add salt to the water.
My mushrooms are ready, take them out of the freezer. I defrosted them, carefully filtered them.
Wash the cucumber and cut into strips.
Prepare the sauce. Mix the yogurt with salt, sugar and mustard, add the crushed egg and mix. You can season with mayonnaise of your choice.
Mix the mushrooms, sliced cucumber and onion. Fill with our dressing or mayonnaise and mix gently.
