Mushrooms can be any. Mushrooms wipe with a napkin and cut, preferably large. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, fry onions, add mushrooms and cook until tender.
In the end, add soy sauce, which works well with mushrooms.
Greens wash, dry, cut and grind in a bowl with a blender, pouring vegetable oil and adding salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the potatoes with the greens. We can say that this is a finished dish, tasty, fresh, but we go further.
Add to the potatoes mushrooms, baked garlic, align to taste, and the salad is ready.
