Mushrooms Stuffed with Cheese and Walnuts Recipe
Very tasty, juicy, flavorful, nutritious mushrooms are obtained. Very protein dish, I recommend to serve it necessarily vegetables (fiber).

  1. Remove the legs from the mushrooms and
  2. cut them into small cubes.
  3. Add to the chopped mushrooms cheese on a small grater, crushed garlic, chopped herbs,
  4. walnuts and salt crushed in a mortar. Stir.
  5. Add a little salt to the mushroom caps from the inside. Stuff with the filling, tightly tamping.
  6. Put the mushrooms on a baking sheet. Top with a little grated cheese on a small grater.
  7. Bake for 7-10 minutes in a preheated oven to 170C. Bon Appetit!
