  1. Peel oranges, cut into slices, put them on the bottom of a glass.
  2. Orange-flavored jelly pour 200 ml of boiling water and stir for 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Pour in the oranges and refrigerate to freeze. Jelly is prepared very quickly and turns out very tasty!
  3. Beat the eggs with white sugar, add flour and cinnamon. Place on a silicone mat and bake until cooked.
  4. Prepare the Italian meringue, cook the syrup from sugar and water to a temperature of 118-122 degrees.
  5. Whisk the whites until smooth, whisking constantly. pour in the syrup in a thin stream, continue whipping for about 5 minutes.
  6. Place less than half of the meringue on top of the frozen jelly. Put the diced sponge cake mixed with 2 chopped tangerines on it.
  7. Put the remaining meringue on top, garnish with orange zest and golden beads of colored sprinkles.
  8. Ready!
