Instructions
To prepare this healthy juice, you will need 1 piece of carrot, an orange, a teaspoon of black sesame seeds and honey.
Peel the carrots and oranges, slice them and use an electric juicer to make fresh juice.
Add black sesame and honey to the juice, mix, pour into glasses.
If desired, add cold water (mineral, carbonated). Put the ice on. To serve.
