My children love jelly very much, but they won’t refuse lemonade either, so I decided to serve orange flavor in an unusual version. Very tasty soft drink.

Instructions
Rinse the oranges thoroughly with hot water to remove the wax. Prepare all the ingredients.
Remove the zest from one orange. Remove the white peel from both citrus fruits. Cut the white middle to remove the bitterness.
Chop the oranges together with the zest in a food processor.
Mix the orange puree with water, sugar and citric acid and bring to a boil. Dissolve the starch in half a cup of cold water.
When the syrup boils, stir, remove the foam and slowly pour in the starch, stirring continuously. Let it simmer for a minute and turn it off.
