Instructions
  1. Remove the top of the orange by cutting it with a knife.
  2. Remove the pulp so that the zest cups remain.
  3. Grind the pulp with an immersion blender.
  4. Strain the pulp through a sieve, pour into a saucepan, add 2 tablespoons of sugar, heat up. Add half of the pre-soaked gelatin to the mixture.
  5. Mix everything well and let the gelatin completely dissolve. Pour the mixture into the orange cups by half. Let it freeze in the refrigerator for about an hour. If I have holes on the bottom, you can tighten them with cling film.
  6. Next, we prepare the panna cotta itself. Mix the milk, cottage cheese, 2 tablespoons of sugar and the remaining gelatin.
  7. Preheat the mixture, stirring with a whisk.
  8. Fill our cups to the brim and put them back in the refrigerator. Before Panna cotta hardens, you can decorate it with a slice of orange.
  9. As soon as the dessert freezes, decorate with zest and enjoy!
