Paste “Trophy on the Ligurian” Recipe
Delicious pasta for a quick dinner! In this case, I used ready-made pesto sauce. Of course, it is tastier and more fragrant with homemade classic pesto sauce. Use high-quality Italian (preferably) Parmesan.

Ingredients
  • 300gram PastaTrofie
  • 1jar Pesto
  • 3pieces PotatoesThe amount depends on the size of the potatoes and the number of trophies taken
  • 1tablespoon Parmesan
  • Saltto taste
Instructions
  1. Prepare the products. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
  2. Peel the potatoes, chop them and boil until half cooked.
  3. Add the trophy to the potatoes. Salt. Cook according to the instructions on the package.
  4. Drain almost all the water. Add the pesto sauce. Mix it. When there is some water left, it will be easier to mix it. The sauce turns out to be more liquid. The pasta turns out to be more “piquant”.
  5. Arrange them on plates. Sprinkle with cheese. Pour some delicious wine… Enjoy it!
