Meat, bacon, onion – chop everything in a food processor to a state of soft minced meat.
Add salt, pepper, and knead (I also added grated mustard seeds to taste and half a teaspoon of sesame oil).
Each cutlet is beaten off, molded and fried in a small amount of oil and over high heat on each side for 2 minutes.
From this amount of minced meat I got 12 meatballs
