- If you cook in nature, just put the cutlets on the grill and fry on 2 sides. There is also 1 secret-Burger, ideally, you need to turn no more than 2 times. That is, you give it a good fry on the one hand. On an open fire for about 5 minutes, turn over and fry another 5. Check with knife - if the juice is, and there is no blood - your Burger is ready. If there is a bit blood-still 2 minutes with each hand. If you cook at home, then on the grill pan the principle is the same, only fry for 7 minutes + time to fry for 3 minutes. Don't forget to add some olive oil.
