I'm always looking for the perfect Burger recipe. Tried a lot, got accustomed while only one. To my delight, I found a new recipe for a Burger, which was simply unmatched. Dedicated to all Burger lovers!
Ahead of the second may holidays, and I decided to try to prepare a new Burger recipe.
Our main ingredients: beef, cheese with mold, soy sauce and inspiration.
Beef cook the ground beef. It should be noted that the minced meat can be taken and ready-it's a matter of taste.
Very finely chop the red onions.
Combine minced meat, onions, diced cheese, and soy sauce.
Knead the minced meat and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
From forcemeat we will make balls. In my case, it turned out 5 pieces.
And then a simple way to make sure that the Burger does not crumble into pieces when frying:
1. Put 1 meat ball in a regular bag.
2. Begin to beat the meat in the package on the table from different sides.
3. Ideally 3-4 times on each side.
4. After finishing you get a flat and dense flat cake.
If you cook in nature, just put the cutlets on the grill and fry on 2 sides.
There is also 1 secret-Burger, ideally, you need to turn no more than 2 times. That is, you give it a good fry on the one hand. On an open fire for about 5 minutes, turn over and fry another 5.
Check with knife - if the juice is, and there is no blood - your Burger is ready. If there is a bit blood-still 2 minutes with each hand.
If you cook at home, then on the grill pan the principle is the same, only fry for 7 minutes + time to fry for 3 minutes. Don't forget to add some olive oil.
While our meat is being cooked, cut the ripe avocado into very small pieces.
If we are at home, the bread is dried in a toaster or in a pan without oil.
If we are in nature, there is nothing better than bread, which is dried on coals. The aroma becomes incredible.
Put avocado on bread and put iceberg lettuce.
And spread on top of it - the main character of the recipe - cheese BURGER in person!
What to say about the taste-it's something special. The combination of cheese with mold and beef gave the meat an incredible flavor and tenderness, and the fresh salad added a cheerful crispy touch.
