Pea Soup with Mushrooms Recipe
I offer you one of my favorite recipes, which I learned from my friend. The recipe is quite simple and all the products are available. The soup turns out to be rich, tasty, fragrant and very useful!

  1. Fill the peas with water in the evening and leave overnight.
  2. Then discard on a sieve and rinse with water. Put it in a saucepan, cover with water and bring to a boil. Cook after boiling for 30 minutes.
  3. Pour dried mushrooms with water and let stand for 30 minutes to swell. Then discard the water on a sieve, rinse with water.
  4. Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until transparent. For a non-Vegetarian option, fry the onion with finely chopped bacon.
  5. Then add grated carrots and smoked paprika. Stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add mushrooms, stewed onions with carrots and soy sauce to the peas. Bring to a boil and cook for about 30 minutes.
  7. Then add the finely chopped cabbage and cook for another 5 minutes.
  8. Then put the finely chopped dill, close the lid, turn off the gas and let it stand for about 5 minutes.
  9. Ready!
