Bake the peppers in the oven (temperature 200C, baking time 25-30 minutes).
Put the hot peppers in a plastic bag. Tie the bag and leave the peppers for another half an hour.
Now the pepper is easy to clean. Remove the seeds and skin, cut the pulp into pieces of the desired size.
For the marinade, mix olive oil, garlic powder, salt, dry Provencal herbs and lemon juice.
