The longest thing about this pie is its baking. The most expensive are butter and eggs. With all this, the pie turns out to be very tasty and tender.

  2. In a bowl, pour the sifted flour and grate vegetable oil on a coarse grater. Rub with your hands, add milk, quickly knead the dough. Roll out into a circle, put into a mold (d = 22 cm). Put it in the fridge for now.
  3. Now prepare the custard. Bring the milk to a boil. In a saucepan, mix the yolks, sugar, vanilla and flour. Now, stirring quickly, pour in a thin stream of hot milk. Put on a small fire and, stirring constantly, cook until thickened. We take out the form from the dough and spread the custard on it.
  4. Wash the plum, remove the seeds and cut into slices. Put them on top of the cream, pressing a little into it.
  5. Bake at t = 190 for 60 minutes to make the dish tastier when it cools completely and lasts at least 1-2 hours.
