These rolls are perfect as a snack for a festive table, and as a snack on a weekday. They are prepared very quickly from the most affordable ingredients, and are almost harmless and light.
Cut the pita bread into small rectangles and smear with cheese.
Cucumber and ham cut into cubes.
Distribute the ham over the pita bread…
… and cucumber.
Roll into a roll, press down slightly so that the filling is evenly distributed throughout the pita bread.
Before serving, cut into small rolls. If you are going to take pita bread with you as a snack to work or school, it will be more convenient to cut it into only 2 small rolls.
