Ingredients
Pita:
- 400 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 0,3 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 40 ml Vegetable oil
- 220 ml Water hot
Filling (chicken fillet):
- 500 gram Chicken fillet
- 1 teaspoon Coriander
- 1 tablespoon Basil (dried)
- 0,5 teaspoon Curry
- 0,5 teaspoon Salt
Sauce:
- 150 gram Sour cream
- 100 gram Mayo
- 0,5 teaspoon Curry

Instructions
- Meanwhile, marinate the chicken fillet. Mix everything for the marinade: coriander, Basil, Curry and salt and mash with a mortar. Coat the chicken fillet. Cover and place in refrigerator. Peel the onion and cut it into thin half-rings. Add a pinch of salt and sugar and 0.5 tsp of Apple cider vinegar. If desired, you can pre-scald the onion.
- Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips. For the sauce, mix all the ingredients. You can use just mayonnaise ( including homemade) or any other of Your favorite sauces that will go with chicken meat. Cut the pita in half ( if the pita is not completely inflated, do not worry, you can cut it a little when you cut it)
